We partner exclusively with Coast2Coast Culinary, a boutique-style catering company based in Castle Rock. They know our venue inside and out, handle the majority of our events, and are equipped to keep everything running seamlessly. Couples love working with them because their menus and service options range from simple and casual to elevated and upscale, and their planning process is incredibly smooth and straightforward.
We absolutely allow outside caterers, and you’re welcome to bring in any vendor you prefer. That said, we highly recommend Coast2Coast for their wide variety of offerings and their incredibly competitive pricing.

Lisa's faith background includes 30-plus years of study in metaphysics and spirituality, affiliated with Holmes Institute in Lakewood, Colorado, Centers for Spiritual Living (www.CSL.org). She received her ministerial license in 2002, ordained in 2007. She officiate Sacred Ceremonies for people who value feeling connected at the deepest level and want to experience a joyful and sacred time during that most intimate moment of their lives, their wedding.
My experience and energy provide ease and grace for your sacred day. I come from my heart when I work with my clients and their families!
I enjoy learning about how they became a couple, about their proposal stories or their “first-time-we-met” stories. I want to get to know each couple so I can tell their story, be a part of their support system, and present those precious moments to their guests.
Transportation

We can accommodate approximately 25–30 cars on the property. If you’re expecting more vehicles, Justin with Wild Path Transportation is truly wonderful to work with. We’ve partnered with several businesses in downtown Sedalia—about 12 minutes east of the venue—where guests can park, and Justin can shuttle them up the mountain. He can also arrange pickups from hotels if needed.
He operates 15‑passenger luxury vans and can begin bringing guests up for the ceremony, then continue running a shuttle throughout the evening to ensure everyone returns to their cars at the end of the night. This service is not included in the venue cost. His rate is around $1,000 for seven hours, including gratuity. This covers a full 15‑passenger van making continuous trips up and down the mountain—however many runs are needed.
