Weddings: What's Included

 

Inclusive of All Weddings:

We are a little different from most wedding venues!

Take a look at EVERYTHING that is included!

  • Full use of the entire site, including the main house to allow the bride and her bridesmaids time to relax and get ready for the big event, starting at 10:00am and going until 10:00pm (Plus an additional hour until 11:00pm for clean up)
  • The "Man Tent" for the groom and groomsmen to get ready   
  • Ceremony site- seating for approximately 65 guests- white chairs with the aisle chairs decorated with fabric and flowers
  • Reception until 10pm in the 1600 Square Foot White Barn following the ceremony
  • ALL tables, chairs, white table linens, china, flat wear, glasses- all set up for you and ready to use
  • All furniture for vendor services including service bar, coffee bar, DJ table, and buffet table
  • Choice of napkins and decor to match your colors and theme
  • All table centerpieces- faux silks and candles- custom designed to match your inspiration!
  • Custom printed and framed table numbers along with a custom printed menus for your tables
  • A huge selection of decor that we will work with you to help you design your "picture perfect" day for your ceremony and reception
  • Custom made cutting cake.  You may upgrade to a full dessert bar or full cake service for an additional cost.


Also included is a wedding coordinator for the FULL day of your event!


PLUS we will work with each and every couple throughout wedding planning process: 

We have a HUGE network of vendors we work with and will help guide you so you can choose the best ones for you!


Design Consultation:  Come up for your one-on-one design session where we create your tablescaping.  Choose your silverware, charger plates, glasses, napkins, candles and floral centerpieces.  


Then select decor for your event including:

Arches with draping and florals, champagne wall, welcome signs, flower cart, misc. signage, florals, lanterns, candles-multiple wedding items to help create your ideal wedding vision!


Complete timeline created with custom software to make your special day run smoothly! Monthly phone calls to answer questions you may have and keep the communication going!

         


Sample wedding day timeline- we will custom make your timeline for you!


10:00am: Bride and bridesmaids arrive and relax in the main house, sipping champagne, having their hair and makeup done and waiting for the big event to begin!

12:00pm-1:00pm :  Groom and groomsmen arrive and relax in the "Man-Tent"  enjoying cocktails and cigars 

1:00pm- Ceremony Run Through

4:00pm-5:00pm:  Guests arrive            

5:00pm:  Wedding Ceremony 

5:30pm:  Cocktail hour

6:30pm:  Reception begins! Dinner served

7pm:  Toasts, first dance and cake cutting

7pm-10:00pm:  Enjoy a magical evening under the stars!

Costs:

We are open May through October and the pricing is the same for all months. 


2025 Season Pricing:  Includes all of the items above

All-Inclusive cost is $6,400 for a Saturday and Sunday event.

All-Inclusive cost is $5,900 for a Monday through Friday event.

2026 Season Pricing:  Includes all of the items above

All-Inclusive cost is $8,400 for a Saturday and Sunday event.

All-Inclusive cost is $7,900 for a Monday through Friday event.


**SPECIAL:  Book for the 2026 Season before the end of June 2025 and pay the 2025 Rates!**


Please inquire on rates for smaller events, like rehearsal dinners, showers, engagements, etc. 



What is NOT included:

  • Catering:  We have vendors we will work with to provide the best options for what you are looking for, and within your budget! Or you are always welcome to bring your own caterer!

                 Includes wait staff for a full 4 hours!

  • Alcohol:   We can provide a licensed bartender for an additional cost.  All alcohol is provided by the bride and groom and is required to be served by a licensed bartender. 
  • Event Insurance- Required for all events

              Cost is $125

ALL either white skirted or wooden tables and X-back chairs for the reception, and white chairs for the ceremony decorated with fabric/tulle and flowers


ALL table settings:  Choice of various charger plates, either gold or silver flat wear, glasses, colored napkins to match your theme. 


Custom printed menus to add to your table scaping.


ALL centerpieces- greenery with florals added to match your them

Complimentary cutting cake of your choice.  Option to upgrade to a complete dessert bar and/or cake for an additional cost.  Average cost to upgrade is $6 per person for a full dessert bar.  

Choice of multiple styles of arches for your ceremony. Includes draping and coordinating flowers of your choice.
