Weddings: What's Included

Inclusive of All Weddings:

We are a little different from most wedding venues, especially when it comes to our all-inclusive weddings!

Take a look at EVERYTHING that is included in our wedding packages!

Full use of the entire site, including the main house, allows the bride and her bridesmaids time to relax and get ready for the big event, starting at 11:00am and going until 10:00pm (Plus an additional hour until 11:00pm for clean up). The "Man Tent" provides a space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready.

Our ceremony site accommodates approximately 75 guests with white chairs, and the aisle chairs are decorated with fabric and flowers. Following the ceremony, enjoy your reception in the 1600 Square Foot White Barn until 10pm.

We provide ALL tables, chairs, white table linens, china, flatware, and glasses—all set up for you and ready to use. Additionally, all furniture for vendor services is included, such as a service bar, coffee bar, DJ table, and buffet table.

You can choose from a variety of napkins and decor to match your colors and theme. All table centerpieces, featuring faux silks and candles, are custom designed to align with your inspiration! Custom printed and framed table numbers, along with custom printed menus for your tables, are also included.

We have a huge selection of decor, and our team will work with you to help design your "picture perfect" day for your ceremony and reception. A custom made cutting cake is included, with an option to upgrade to a full dessert bar or full cake service for an additional cost.

Also included is a wedding coordinator for the FULL day of your event!

PLUS, we will work with each and every couple throughout the wedding planning process:

We have a HUGE network of vendors we collaborate with and will guide you in choosing the best ones for your mountain wedding venue!

Design Consultation: Come for your one-on-one design session where we create your tablescaping. Choose your silverware, charger plates, glasses, napkins, candles, and floral centerpieces.

Then select decor for your event, including:

Arches with draping and florals, a champagne wall, welcome signs, flower cart, miscellaneous signage, florals, lanterns, and candles—multiple wedding items to help create your ideal wedding vision!

A complete timeline will be created with custom software to ensure your special day runs smoothly! We provide monthly phone calls to answer any questions you may have and keep the communication flowing!

11:00am: Bride and bridesmaids arrive and relax in the main house, sipping champagne, having their hair and makeup done, waiting for the big event to begin!

12:00pm-1:00pm: Groom and groomsmen arrive and relax in the "Man-Tent," enjoying cocktails and cigars.

1:00pm: Ceremony Run Through

4:00pm-5:00pm: Guests arrive

5:00pm: Wedding Ceremony

5:30pm: Cocktail hour

6:30pm: Reception begins! Dinner served

7:00pm: Toasts, first dance, and cake cutting

7:00pm-10:00pm: Enjoy a magical evening under the stars!

Costs:

We are open from May through October, offering a beautiful mountain wedding venue with pricing that remains consistent throughout all months.

**2025 Season Pricing**: Includes all of the items above for our all-inclusive weddings.

The all-inclusive cost is $6,400 for a Saturday and Sunday event.

The all-inclusive cost is $5,900 for a Monday through Friday event.

**2026 Season Pricing**: Includes all of the items above for our all-inclusive weddings.

The all-inclusive cost is $8,400 for a Saturday and Sunday event.

The all-inclusive cost is $7,900 for a Monday through Friday event.

Please inquire about rates for smaller events, such as rehearsal dinners, showers, engagements, and other wedding packages.

What is NOT included:

Catering: We collaborate with vendors to provide the best options for your all-inclusive weddings, tailored to your preferences and budget. You're also welcome to bring your own caterer! Our packages include wait staff for a full 4 hours.

Alcohol: We can arrange for a licensed bartender at an additional cost. All alcohol must be provided by the bride and groom and is required to be served by a licensed bartender. Event Insurance is required for all events, with a cost of $125. This is essential for hosting your special day at our beautiful mountain wedding venue.
